Registration Fee for ECHEMS 2024

The registration fee covers the following items: 

• Venue Catering (Lunch, Coffee Break, Drinks)
• Acommodation from 28^th to 31^st of October incl. breakfast
• Welcome Cocktail (28^th October)
• Conference Dinner (29^th October)
• Excursion to the Burghausen Castle (30^th October)
• Bus Transport between the Munich Airport and the venue
• Daily shuttles before/after the conference between the hotel and the venue

The items covered by the registration fee cannot be changed.

Early bird fees are valid until 28^th of July. 
Late registration is possible from the 29^th of July until 20^th of August. Registration closes afterwards.

During registration you should be able to note your preferred double room partner. Otherwise, the assignment of the participants to the double rooms will be random, as for now. All prices have VAT included.
