Kolloid-Tagung "Multiresponsive systems"

Visit of neutron source Heinz Maier-Leibnitz-Zentrum

Please note: Currently, the tour is fully booked. We are trying to organize more tours. In case you are interested, please let us know by e-mail.

The Heinz-Maier-Leibnitz-Zentrum (MLZ) is a leading centre for cutting-edge research with neutrons and positrons. A unique suite of high-performance neutron scattering instruments enables state-of-the-art research in diverse fields as physics, chemistry, biology, earth sciences, engineering or material science.

We have arranged a guided tour of MLZ for a limited number of participants of the Kolloid-Tagung. If you are interested in the visit, please mark this during registration and indicate your private addess. The latter is needed by MLZ for a safety check.

The visit takes place October 11, 2017, 2.30 pm, and lasts at least 2 h.

A valid passport or ID (such as Personalausweis) is needed. Moreover, please note that access cannot be given to pregnant or breast feeding women, that there is unfortunately no access for wheelchains and that cameras or mobile phones are not allowed.
