Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

The data collected here will be used solely to organize the 20^th International PhD Seminar on Chromatographic Separation Science (SoCSS 2025) in Munich on June 25^th - 27^th, 2025. This includes, in particular:

Managing registrations
Contacting participants in connection with the event organization

Access to your personal data is limited to the event organizers.

Data Deletion

Your data will be deleted six months after the event.

Consequences of non-consent

You have the right to refuse consent. However, since the data marked as mandatory is necessary for registration, we cannot confirm your participation in the event without your consent.

You have the right to:

Access your data
Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing or to object to processing
Data portability
File a complaint with the Bavarian State Commissioner for Data Protection

Consequences of Withdrawal of Consent

As soon as we receive your withdrawal of consent, your data may no longer be processed and will be deleted immediately. The legality of the processing carried out up to the point of withdrawal remains unaffected. Please send your withdrawal of consent to the contact listed below.
