Booking & Participation

Participation at the NHS 2026 (19 to 22 May 2026) must be booked via Converia.

Registration fee

Early Bird Registration (until 15 March 2026):
€ 400 Regular Participation
€ 300 Students (Bachelor, Master)

Late Registration (until 30 April 2026):
€ 500 Regular Participation
€ 400 Students (Bachelor, Master)

End of registration: 30 April 2026


The conference fee includes lunch, and coffee breaks at the Bavarian State Archaeological Collection. It also includes the conference excursion as well as the conference dinner and proceedings.

Payment and Invoicing

Attendance fees for the event must be paid at the time of online registration, either by credit card, through PayPal or via bank transfer. Once the booking has been processed, the participant is sent confirmation and an invoice by E-mail.

Cancellations policy

  • Cancellations received before 17 April 2026 will be eligible to a refund of 75% of the paid registration fee.
  • Cancellations received between 18 April 2026 and 14 May 2026 will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.
  • For cancellations occurring after 15 May 2026 no refunds can be made.
  • Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.

Recording of Lectures

Participants are not permitted to make video recordings during the event.
