Registration

General Information

The conference will be held physically. Registration is mandatory for all conference participants. The conference policy requires that at least one author of an accepted paper must have paid a registration fee. One registration fee covers only one (1) paper publication.

Conference Registration

• Early bird: by May – 15 June (690 €)
• Student registration: by May – 15 June (490 €) 
• Student late registration: 16 June – 31 July (650 €)
• Regular registration (late): 16 June – 15 August (790 €)
• Last minute: 16 August – 12 Spetember (890 €)

No more registrations possible after 23:59 (CEST) on 12 Spetember 2022.

Conference Registration Fees

Included in the conference registration fee (of both standard registration and student registration) are the following:

• Full access to the conference technical program, including access to the conference proceedings.
• Ticket for the conference banquet, which will take place in the evening of Thursday, 15 September.
• Tickets for daily lunch during the days of the conference.
• Coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy

If an author has uploaded a paper using his or her registration, the registration will not be refunded even if the paper is withdrawn. Other requests for a refund of the registration fee will be processed as follows:

• Requests received by the advance registration deadline of 15 June 2022, will be fully honored and all registration charges will be refunded.
• Requests received between 16 June 2022 and 31 July 2022 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for requests received after 1 August 2022.
