Please note that each participant will be in charge of making his/her own reservation.

Freising is a city close to Munich, with lots of conferences and fairs. We strongly recommend early booking.

Some rooms were pre-reserved. Room contingent is available from Sunday, October 6 to Wednesday, October 9, 2019 for the hotels listed below. Please make sure to book your room before the respective booking deadline using the reference code “Eucarpia”.

Travel information

1.)   Public transport

• From Munich Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof)

Train (approx. 30 mins) or S-Bahn S1 (approx. 45 minutes) to Freising station (Bahnhof). Please note: S-Bahn S1 carriages split at Neufahrn, the front section travels to Freising and the rear section to the airport. At Freising train station take the bus #638 direction “Fraunhofer Institut” or “Hittostraße” (4 stops to “Freising Weihenstephan”).

• From Munich Airport (Flughafen)

Bus 635 leaves every 20 mins and takes approximately 15 mins to Freising station. At Freising train station change to bus #638 direction “Fraunhofer Institut” or “Hittostraße” (4 stops to “Freising Weihenstephan”).

 By taxi cab (approx. 20 mins).

2.)   By car

• From Autobahn A92

Exit “Freising-Mitte”. In Freising center follow signs to “Weihenstephan”. Follow “Voettinger Straße” west outbound, then turn right into “Thalhauser Straße” at tyre shop "Nabholz", signposted to Allershausen. After a few hundred meters pass an Avia fuel stop on the right, then pass straight through an intersection with traffic lights. After 300 meters “Liesel-Beckmann-Straße” is on your right. Free parking is available at the venue.

• From Autobahn A9

Take exit 67. Follow directions to “Allershausen”, then “Freising”. Once you reach the town you will hit an intersection with traffic lights and sign posts pointing left to “Erding” and “Mainburg”. Go straight over this intersection, after 600 meters “Liesel-Beckmann-Straße” is on your left. Free parking is available at the venue.
