Achim Ramesohl

Achim Ramesohl is responsible for the Accenture Partnership with Google in Germany. He has a Dipl. Wi.Ing (summa cum laude) from KIT, holds an M.B.A. and reached his Ph.D. cand. in Political Economics at Stanford University. He was an intern at the World Bank’s Environmental Department, started his career with BCG in San Francisco and held management positions at Accenture-Avanade, i2 (BlueYonda), webMethods (SoftwareAG) and Microsoft.

Alex Schröder

Alex Schröder is the regional lead for Google Cloud Germany, Switzerland and Austria for the field of Higher Education.
Before joining Google, he has worked for 5 different Tech start-ups from Germany, France and the UK. In his 3.5 years at Google, he has established national education framework contracts and works with renowned customers like ETH Zürich, EPFL, CERN, Heinrich-Heine University of Düsseldorf and supports top research at TU Munich and across Germany.
His mission is to help transform universities and colleges to use state of the art cloud technologies to advance teaching and learning, science and research.

Heiko Steigerwald

Heiko helps enterprises to realize the full value of their technology investments by building Future Systems and transform into data-driven enterprises. His focus is on combining SAP technology with cloud platforms and applying thought leadership in data and analytics as certified Master Data Architect.
He leads the SAP with Google Cloud play globally in the Accenture Google Cloud Business Group and drives the joint SAP Cloud First Innovation Program of Accenture, Google and the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg (OVGU).

Lukas Törner
Doktorand im Bereich Nachhaltigkeitssoftware
Bodensee Innovation Cluster

Lukas Törner leitet im Rahmen des Bodensee Innovationsclusters Digitaler Wandel den Innovationskreis Digitale Nachhaltigkeit an der Zeppelin Universität. In Rahmen seiner Promotion arbeitet er an der Bedeutung von Nachhaltigkeitssoftware sowie dem Softwaremarkt für Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) und Standards wie der Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Das Promotionsvorhaben wird von der Deutschen Bundesstiftung Umwelt unterstützt.

Hermann-Josef Haag
DSAG-Fachvorstand Personalwesen & Public Sector
Landesamt für Finanzen Rheinland-Pfalz

Herr Haag ist ein Treiber der Digitalisierung in der Verwaltung von Rheinland-Pfalz und leitet dort seit fast 7 Jahren das IPEMA-Service-Center (ISC). Das ISC ist seit vielen Jahren zertifiziertes CCoE (Customer Center of Expertise). Kerngeschäft ist das Personalwesen mit dem zentralen Personalverwaltungs- und Abrechnungssystem des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz mit einem Ausgabevolumen von über 7 Milliarden Euro und mehr als 100.000 Usern.

Als anerkannter SAP-Experte in seiner hauptberuflichen und ehrenamtlichen Tätigkeit (als DSAG-Fachvorstand für Personalwesen und Public Sector) wurde er vom Gesundheitsministerium in Rheinland-Pfalz als Gesamtprojektleiter für die Einführung der landesweiten Impflogistik bestellt. 

Daniel Schmid
Chief Sustainability Officer

As SAP’s Chief Sustainability Officer, Daniel Schmid is globally responsible for sustainability at SAP SE since 2014. Daniel Schmid started his career in CRM consulting and held various senior management positions within SAP Consulting before joining the sustainability leadership team established in 2009 to start SAP’s sustainability journey and lead the Sustainability Operations team. Schmid holds a degree in industrial engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern, Germany. He is a member of the steering committee of econsense, a forum for sustainable development of German business.

Bernd Schmid
Program Manager Sustainable Change and Transformation

Bernd Schmid beschäftigt sich seit seinem Studium der Wirtschafts- und Organisationswissenschaften an der Universität der Bundeswehr München mit Unternehmensorganisation, Führung, Transformation und Finanzthemen in Unternehmen. Seine Diplom-Arbeit im Jahr 1996 schrieb er schon damals über die „Anforderungen an die Unternehmenskultur zur Unterstützung von Selbstorganisationseffekten“ am Lehrstuhl für Internationales Management bei Prof. Dr. Wüthrich. Nach mehr als 20 Jahren sind Selbstorganisation, Change, Transformation und Unternehmenskultur in den meisten Unternehmen ein fester Bestandteil geworden. Bernd Schmid verfolgt seit dieser Zeit konsequent den Weg, wie Transformation und Change praktisch in Unternehmen, inbesondere in Finanzabteilungen, umgesetzt werden können und welchen Beitrag sie zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg beisteuern können. Seit 2001 arbeitet Bernd Schmid bei AIRBUS in unterschiedlichen Finanzfunktionen, u.a. 7 Jahre als CFO und Geschäftsführer einer GmbH im Bereich der digitalen Kommunikation. Bernd Schmid ist seit 2018 Teil des Transformationsteam von AIRBUS Defence und Space mit dem Schwerpunkt „Sustainable Change und Transformation“. Seine Leidenschaft gilt der inhaltlichen Definition und Umsetzung von New Work, Grassroot Initiativen und Vernetzung mit Hilfe von „WORKING OUT LOUD“.
