The 20th Weihenstephaner Praxisseminar is an annual event organized by the Research Center Weihenstephan for Brewing and Food Quality (BLQ). Participants benefit from practical presentations, intense discussions, and direct interaction with experts from research and industry. This creates an inspiring setting for professional development, new ideas, and valuable networking opportunities.
The program covers a variety of current topics from different areas of the brewing and beverage industry. In addition to practical, specialized presentations, participants can expect insights into the latest developments in applied research and technological innovation.
The seminar content is aimed at participants from the purchasing, production, and quality assurance departments of the brewing and beverage industry, representatives of the chemical, microbiological, and supplier industries or plant engineering, as well as other interested individuals.
Since the host breweries change every year, the venue also changes annually.
