Registration Fee:

The standard rate for the participation in the summer school is 190€ and needs to be received the latest by 23rd May 2016. The fee is due to be paid after the mini-proposal is accepted.

Places on the summer school are obtained on a first come first serve basis and are limited in number. Therefore please submit your mini-proposal as soon as possible.

Payment can be carried out by bank transfer or credit card.


Mini-Proposal Deadline:

The last day for registration and submission of mini-proposals is the 9th of May 2016.

There is a limited amount of possible participants and mini-proposals are reviewed upon reception, it is therefore recommended to register and submit mini-proposals as soon as possible.

Sending Samples:

The samples need to arrive in Munich by 27th of June 2016 the latest. Please post to:

Note that the samples need to be equivalent to the information given in the mini-proposal for safety purposes. If there are deviations you are required to inform us. The samples will be shipped on to the US on the 27th of June straight away, therefore please make sure they arrive in time. Feel free to send them earlier.
