We are pleased to offer two exciting tours on the last day of the conference:
The first tour leads to the so-called Bavarian Chemical Triangle, one of the largest chemical sites in Germany and only a short bus ride away from the conference venue. Different companies will be visited here that will play a key role in the transformation to sustainable chemical production. This tour provides an insight into the transformation that is already underway and thus the application of current research in a real environment.
The second tour runs across the research campus of the Technical University of Munich. The tour starts directly at the conference centre and includes several institutes from the fields of mechanical engineering, chemistry and process engineering. The tour covers everything from laboratory-scale fundamental research to demonstration plants. Topics range from hydrogen production to technologies for closed carbon cycles.
