The welcome reception takes place on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at the workshop venue (TUM Institute for Advanced Study) in Garching.

Conference Dinner

For the conference dinner on Thursday, March 10, 2016, you are invited to the Schlosscafé im Palmenhaus in the park of the famous Nymphenburg Palace.

Built as a summer residence of the Bavarian royal family formerly outside the city limits, this historic site is nowadays a destination and attraction within the city for both tourists and locals.

Located in the beautiful palace gardens, the Palmenhaus (palm house) provides a unique atmosphere for the conference dinner.

There will be a bus transfer from the conference venue to the dinner (but you may also decide to travel individually by public transport). After the dinner, you can use the tram and underground to get back to your hotel.
