Registration fees

The reduced fee for students is valid for bachelor, master or Ph.D. students. Post-Docs are not considered students. A valid verification (student ID, certificate of enrolment, etc.) must be emailed after registration to the conference office.

Registration fees for scientists and students include the abstract booklet, attendance at all scientific sessions, coffee breaks as well as the conference dinner on October 11. 

Payment is possible by wire transfer. For onsite registration at the conference venue, only the option of cash payment will be available. Credit cards can unfortunately not be accepted. Please note the General Terms and Conditions here.
