Duration: For each presentation, we have scheduled 15 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion and questions.
Equipment: A presentation notebook with Acrobat Reader and PowerPoint is provided. Please bring your file on an USB stick and come to see the session chair before the session starts in order to copy your file to the notebook. If you have additional material such as video files, please contact the local organizers in advance at wsa2016@tum.de.
Poster Presentations
Duration: For each poster session, we have scheduled 90 minutes (in combination with a coffee break in parallel). Posters can be attached already in the morning of the respective day and can be left at the poster boards until the evening.
Equipment: Each poster board provides space for a poster in A0 potrait format. Adhesive strips for attaching the poster will be provided at the registration desk, no pins or tapes are allowed.
