Submitted papers must present previously unpublished research. The initially submitted extended abstract should be of sufficient detail (min. 2 pages A4) to permit reasonable evaluation by experts in the field.
In particular, the extended abstract should include a concise presentation of the main contributions and their relevance, discussions (including references) on how the contributions are related to prior work in the field, a clear problem statement, a summary of the envisaged solution approach and, if applicable, preliminary results.
Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by the VDE Verlag GmbH and will be included in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
Extended abstracts (min. 2 pages) as well as final papers are limited to a length of 8 pages and must be prepared according the IEEE template. Please make sure to submit your paper in A4 format (not in letter size). All submissions must be written in English.
All submissions are handled by the the Converia conference management system. To submit your manuscript, you are required to create a user account.

After submission, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Submitted manuscripts can be updated at any time up to the submission deadline. Note that only pdf file format is accepted.

Submitting authors of accepted contributions will find a link "Submit full paper" in the Conference Control Centre after logging in with their user account. After clicking this link, you see a list of your accepted contributions and you can upload the camera-ready paper using the button "Actions."

Please make sure to submit your camera-ready full paper until February 1st, 2016. For a paper to be published in the conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper must be registered for the conference no later than February 1st, 2016. Each author registration can cover up to 2 papers.
