Visa Information
You should check if you need visa to enter Germany. As it might take a while to obtain the visa, it is best to start the process as soon as possible. When registering for the conference, you can request an invitation letter to be sent to you. You can use this letter if needed to apply visa for Germany.
We cannot issue invitation letters to those not registered for the conference.
