    Please Note: Students are kindly asked to prove their status through letter of reference by their supervisor or university.

The registration fee for delegates includes

  • Access to the Workshop and the exhibition
  • A Workshop bag containing the relevant documents and materials upon arrival at the event
  • Daily tea/coffee and lunches from Tuesday 14th to Thursday 16th June
  • Workshop Welcome Cocktail
  • Workshop Welcome Banquet

Registration Website for SPHERIC 2016

On the following pages you can register for the SPHERIC 2016, which will be hosted by the Technical University of Munich, Germany, from 13 till 16 of June, 2016.

During the registration process an account on this registration website will be generated for you. This account enables you to access your documents related to SPHERIC 2016 (invoice, booking confirmation/ticket) also at a later point in time and allows extending your bookings if desired.

Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Payment by bank transfer is only possible until 1st May 2016. From 2nd May 2016 only credit card payments will be accepted.
Please note: international wire transfers are the costliest form of payment due to the number of individuals involved in the processing/execution of the payment as well as the bank fees incurred. Please make sure all bank fees are covered by the submitting account and that the payment is free of charge for the receiver account.

Registration Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent a mail to Li Su
If the written notification of cancellation is received before 1st May 2016 the paid registration fee less an administration fee of 80 EUR will be refunded. No refunds will be made for cancellations received from 2nd May 2016. All refunds will be made to the informed bank accounts of the participants within the month after the conference end date. Our organization can not be held responsible for bank transfer fees involved.
